License, Divermaster, Dan Oxygen provider Jerry obtained a
NAUI Jr. scuba diving certification in 1972 and has been diving
Southern California waters ever since. In 1983 he landed his
first position as Divemaster on a local dive boat and has
worked for many dive boats including the “Blue Sea”, “ Cee
Ray”, “Specter”, “Peace”, "Great Escape", and the
“Liberty”. Jerry has owned several private boats over the
years enjoying weekend cruising and diving. In 1999 he purchased
the charter boat “Sea Bass”, converted it into a dive boat
and ran charters to Catalina as well as local oilrigs. In
late 2003 Jerry purchased the “Magician” from owner/operator
Ira Burdine who has retired as a well-respected Captain of
over 24 yrs.

Katie joined the
galley crew in February 2004. Although not a diver (yet) she
enjoys the being out on the water, the people and looking
for Dolphins/Whales.
